Can i choose a delivery date?
Yes! Just let us know the date required in advance and we will let you know if it is possible.

How will my parcel be delivered?
We hand deliver within 7 miles of home and to Milton Keynes. For further afield the products will be sent via 24hour courier to ensure ultimate freshness!

What if the recipient is not in at time of delivery?
We ask for delivery instructions for such an eventuality. Eg where to leave the item outside the property or with neighbours

How do i know if my gift has been delivered?
We will send you tracking information at time of dispatch so that you can find out when the products have been delivered.

What happens if my gift arrives damaged?
We send products out that meet our very high standards however sometimes damage occurs in transit. Minor damage we can't avoid however any major issues please do get in contact with photographs and we can discuss what we will do to rectify the problem.
How do i know if you have received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation by email. Please allow a few minutes for this to come through. Please also check your junk mail. If you still haven't received this but believe the order went through then drop us an email and we will investigate.

How do i cancel or amend my order?
Contact us ASAP if you need to cancel or amend the order. As long as the order has not been dispatched we will amend or issue a refund. If the order has been dispatched, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000, orders containing perishable items are not able to be cancelled or returned.

Are the products suitable for vegetarians?
The majority of our items are suitable for vegetarians, please get in contact if you want to be sure of this or for information about other dietary requirements.

I have a nut allergy can you accommodate this?
Currently none of our recipes include nuts however we cannot guarantee that the ingredients are completely nut free as some stipulate may contain traces of nuts.

Can i include a gift message?
Yes, just let us know what message you would like to be included.
